The harvest, the fermentation and the drying process of cocoa beans determine the flavor pallet of any chocolate. That is why those 3 processes get as much of our attention as the manufacturing of ours chocolate itself. This makes the Colors chocolate different !


We only use ingredients produced by nature: cocoa beans, sugar, milk, cocoa butter & sunflower lecithin

Our chocolate bars take you on a flavor journey through the Dominican Republic with it’s 27 climate zones.


Because of those different climate zones, nature here is so diverse: stunning mountains, tropical rainforests, large lakes, desert landscapes and of course amazing beaches… Clouds that cross the mountain rigs give sufficient rainfall and make the Dominican Republic a true delight for agriculture. More than 40 % of the land in the Dom Rep is still forested and 7% of those forests are cocoa plantations.


With special cacao beans from selected cocoa plantations, the signature flavour of each single farm chocolate is created.
